The work integrates somatic psycho-spiritual development, nervous system regulation, neuro-linguistic programming, parts work, embodiment practices, theatrical enactment, relational dynamics, and ritual-based transformation.
My name is Sandra Tru.
For nearly two decades, I have devoted my life to the study of human transformation through embodiment, psycho-spiritual development, emotional healing, and consciousness.
My background includes extensive training in yoga, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, somatic practices, transformational facilitation, and theater. As a former actress, I became fascinated by the ways identity, emotion, and expression shape the human experience, a foundation that continues to influence the experiential nature of my work today.
Over the last decade, I have also immersed myself in the study of ceremonial traditions and plant medicines, learning from teachers, elders, medicine carriers, and indigenous communities dedicated to preserving these lineages with integrity and respect.
The Hero Within Journey is the integration of that work: a personalized self-initiation experience designed to help leaders reconnect to a more honest, alive, and fully expressed way of living.
